BRENTWOOD CATHEDRAL

Eminent UK were delighted to temporary install an organ for the Roman Catholic cathedral in Brentwood, Essex. Due to emergency repair work to the building in January 2017, major services were moved to Brentwood School for three months.

We set up a versatile instrument and (as we do with all installations) voiced the organ for use in that building whilst bearing in mind the requirement to lead large congregations and to accompany the cathedral choir. Eminent UK believe passionately in creating the right sound for the building.

The amount of artistry, musicality and creativity which the system enables us to employ is one of the reasons why the Eminent organ sound is held in such high repute.

Brentwood Cathedral, Andrew Wright (Master of Music) and Stephen King (organist), were very happy indeed with the organ. It is because of this reason that talks developed and Eminent UK will be returning to Brentwood Cathedral in November 2017 to make a commercially produced album of organ music on a custom-built organ for the occasion.
